特种焊在超厚不锈钢板焊接中的应用研究
摘 要
本研究论文主要是研究在石化等行业耐高温、高压压力容器的制造工艺特别是焊接工艺的研究,重点是高能束焊在复杂环境里使用的压力容器用超厚钢板的焊接应用。焊接技术是随着生产和技术不断发展的,超厚超厚不锈钢板板是石化行业压力容器的主要材料,焊接技术在压力容器的制造工艺中占有主要地位。在众多焊接结构中,压力容器是质量要求最高、技术难度最大、先进的焊接工艺方法应用最全、采用钢材品种最多的全焊结构。
通过对某项目00Cr17Ni14Mo2厚壁超低碳超厚不锈钢板压力容器化学成分分析,对管道进行焊接工艺评定从而制定了正确的焊接施工工艺,保证了该项目00Cr17Ni14Mo2超低碳超厚不锈钢板压力容器的焊接质量,为类似的管道焊接提供了技术工艺和参数。

Abstract
This research paper is to study in the petrochemical industry, high temperature, high pressure vessel manufacturing processes, especially welding technology research, focusing on high-energy beam welding pressure vessels used in a complex environment with a thick steel plate welding applications. With manufacturing and welding technology is evolving technology, thick thick stainless steel plate board is the main material in the petrochemical industry pressure vessel welding technology plays a major position in the manufacturing process of the pressure vessel. Among welded structures, pressure vessels is the highest quality, most difficult technical, advanced welding process for the most complete, the most used varieties of all-welded steel construction.
Through a project 00Cr17Ni14Mo2 thick walled ultra-low carbon stainless steel high-pressure pipeline chemical analysis, pipeline welding procedure qualification in order to develop the proper welding construction to ensure that the project 00Cr17Ni14Mo2 thick ultra-low carbon stainless steel high-pressure pipeline welding quality, for a similar pipeline welding process and provides technical parameters.
