精馏塔法兰衬环挤压工艺及模具设计
摘 要
挤压工艺是精密塑性体积成形技术中的一个重要组成部分。挤压工艺是指在冷态下将金属毛坯放入模具模腔内,在强大的压力和一定的速度作用下,迫使金属从模腔中挤出,从而获得所需形状、尺寸以及具有一定力学性能的挤压件。显然,挤压工艺加工是靠模具来控制金属流动,靠金属体积的大量转移来成形零件的。本设计介绍了精馏塔法兰衬环零件结构分析、挤压工艺过程、挤压设备选择、模具结构的设计、凸凹模设计、挤压件质量分析、精馏塔法兰衬环齿形模芯的结构、凸模加工工艺及模具各部件三维造型进行了叙述,并计算了毛坯体积、毛坯尺寸、变形程度、挤压比和挤压力。与常规的精馏塔法兰衬环加工工艺相比,挤压工艺成形的精馏塔法兰衬环具有齿形强度高、齿形尺寸精度较高、表面粗糙度值低、材料利用率高、生产效率高、设备投资少等优势。

Abstract
Extrusion process is a precision plastic volumetric forming technology is an important component. Extrusion process means that in the cold state of the metal blank into a mold cavity, under strong pressure and constant speed effect, force the metal extruded from the die cavity, so that the desired shape, size, and has a mechanical Performance of extrusion. Obviously, extrusion processing technology is used to control the metal flow by mold, by a large number of transfer volume to shape metal parts. This design introduces the distillation column flange collar part structure analysis, extrusion process, extrusion equipment selection, mold structure design, punch and die design, extrusion quality analysis, distillation flanged collar tooth mold structural core, punch and die process of 3D modeling has been described, and calculated the volume of rough, rough size, deformation, extrusion ratio and extrusion pressure. Compared with the conventional distillation column flange collar processing, distillation flange ring shaped lining extrusion process with high tooth strength, high precision tooth size, low surface roughness, high material utilization high production efficiency, less investment in equipment and other advantages.
