摘 要
基于预应力加工的工艺原理,提出了一种具有预应力和预变性设定功能,满足小型平面磨床和外圆磨床上不同尺寸零件预应力磨削加工的预拉应力施加装置的设计方案。该设备工作稳定,操作方便,功能全面,效果良好。本设计是通过扭力扳手和特制的夹具的结合,对夹具上的零件的施加一定数值的预应力,使得加工零件在被加工过程中时刻保持设定的预应力,提高加工零件的抗疲劳工艺性能。
此夹具能够适用于小型平面磨床、外圆磨床工作台上。与平面磨床连接,将夹具平放到工作台上,并利用磨床电磁力对本夹具进行装夹;与外圆磨床连接,通过主轴与机床尾座的顶尖与夹具配合件顶尖孔的配合实现夹具与机床的连接与固定。以普通扳手的手动方式作为动力源,由涡轮蜗杆、齿轮齿条机构传动运动与力,并借助弹簧拉伸量及标尺数值来显示预应力的大小以及工件预变形的大小。通过连接在移动小车上的动板拉伸工件,在工件加工前对其施加可控拉应力,并通过蜗轮蜗杆机构在低速情况下的自锁能力,保证工件在整个加工过程中处于所调控的预应力的状态,直至加工完成后卸除预应力。按标准件形式设计、制造接口用零部件,来满足不同形状,不同尺寸磨削工件的加工。

Abstract
Based on pre-stressed machining process principle, this paper puts forward a kind of prestressed and degeneration set function, meet the small surface grinding machine and the cylindrical grinding machine parts with different dimensions of pretension stress of prestressed concrete grinding device design scheme. The equipment working stability, easy to operate, fully functional, the effect is good. This design is through the combination of the torque wrench and special fixture, of fixture parts on prestressed exert a certain value, the processing parts in the process of being keep setting prestress, improve the anti-fatigue performance of machining parts.
This fixture can be applied to small plane grinding, cylindrical grinding machine worktable. Connected to the surface grinding machine, the fixture flat to the workbench, and use the grinder electromagnetic force on the clamping fixture; Connected to the cylindrical grinding machine, through the main shaft and machine tailstock top and clamp with a center hole with implementation connected to the machine tool and fixed. In ordinary wrench manually as a power source, the turbine worm, gear and rack driving motion and force, and with the spring tension and to display the size of the prestressed scale values, and the size of the workpiece deformation in advance. By connecting the mobile car plate drawing workpiece, exert controllable tension stress in front of the workpiece processing, and through the worm and worm wheel mechanism under the condition of low speed of self-locking ability, ensure the workpiece in the whole process is in a state of control by the prestressed and prestressed unloading until processing is completed. According to the standard form of the design, manufacture interface with parts and components, to meet different shapes, different sizes of grinding workpiece machining.
