摘要
本设计是接线盒盖工艺与模具的设计,1. 该工件需要批量生产,符合冲压模具生产周期较长、成本较高,以及易实现机械化和自动化、生产率高等特点。2.工件的材料为Q235,根据Q235的材料性能,即抗拉强度=375 ~ 460MPa、屈服强度=235MPa以及伸长率为21~26%可知,对于成形工序,Q235钢具有良好的冲压成形性能,即良好的抗破裂性,良好的贴模性和定形性;对于分离工序,具有一定的塑性。3..工件的壁厚为0.5mm,壁厚较薄,可以用冲压工艺来完成。4.接线盒盖的外形是无凸缘深矩形盒型件,边长为70,高为10mm,盒底圆角半径3mm,符合拉深工序的要求。5.该工件的精度为13级,精度要求不高,冲压工艺可满足它的生产精度要求通过对工件的材料、壁厚、形状、生产批量、零件的精度等分析,该工件符合冲压的工艺要求,所以可以用冲压工艺进行生产加工。

Abstract
This design is the junction box cover process and die design 1. The workpiece need mass production, in line with a long production cycle stamping die, high cost, and easy to implement mechanization and automation, and high productivity. 2. The workpiece material is Q235, Q235 based on material properties, namely tensile strength = 375 ~ 460MPa, yield strength = 235MPa and an elongation of 21 to 26 percent seen for the molding process, Q235 steel has good stamping performance that good crack resistance, good fit mold and setting properties; for separation step, a certain plasticity. 3 .. workpiece thickness is 0.5mm, thickness is thin, can be accomplished by a stamping process. The junction box cover flange shape is no deep rectangular box-shaped member, a side length of 70 and a height of 10mm, box bottom radius 3mm, in line with the requirements of the drawing process. 5. Accuracy of the workpiece is 13, less precision stamping process can meet the accuracy requirements of its production through the workpiece material, thickness, shape, production volume, precision components and other analyzes, the workpiece is in line with stamping process requirements, so we can use a stamping process for production and processing.
