同井采注水反洗井用封隔器设计
摘 要
为了使同井采注水反洗井用封隔器在油田能够得到进一步的广泛应用,在此主要针对常规同井采注水反洗井用封隔器在作业时存在的中途坐封、丢手失败、承受双向压力能力差导致一次成功率低的问题,进行防中途同井采注水反洗井用封隔器的设计。该同井采注水反洗井用封隔器设计了防中途坐封装置、后处理装置和分压装置,采用了液压坐封丢手、双向锥体卡瓦锚定、机械内锁紧和上提下放管柱解封结构,具有抗碰撞、坐封丢手灵活、防上滑、悬挂能力强、通径大及结构简单综合性能强等特点,可用于悬挂管柱、作桥塞、卡封及堵水。

Abstract
