摘要
本文属于机械类,首先介绍了当前大多数企业滑动轴承摩擦严重的现状。并提出了解决方法,其次从总体上进行了陈述。并对传动装置和传动零件进行了设计,最后还提出了常见故障和解决方法。
此产品的结构主要包括七大部分:贮油器部件、柱塞部件、电动机、机座、输入轴部件和两组传动部件。全部动力由三相异步电机提供,经两级蜗杆后降速后,在凸轮的带动下活塞作往复运动,完成吸油和压油的过程,经各支路管供给相应的润滑点。
本产品结构简单,维修方便,价格低廉,是各企业润滑设备,减少摩擦损失的理想选择。

Abstract: This article belongs to the machinery class.and at the beginning it introduces that most enterprise faces the situation that the serious of the lubricates bearing friction at present.Then proposed the solution and carries on the elaboration from the overall.And the term transmission device and the transmission components have carried on the improment design,at last proposed the common break-down and the solution.
This product construction consists of seven parts: oil-storing utensil components, trunk piston components, electric motor, machine base, input axis components and two series of drive components. The whole power is provided by the asynchronous generator of three—phase. After the speed reduction of two steps of endless screws, the piston drove by the cam moves back and forth, completing the inhaling oil and pumping oil process, and providing oil to relevant lubricating points though branches
The product construction is easy and convenient to be repaired. It is cheap as well. So it is an ideal lubricating device for every business that wants to reduce the friction loss.
