摘要
凿岩台车械是采掘、建筑、工程建设等领域应用广泛的的工程机械。尽管凿岩台车技术已经有很大发展,但在我国其主导产品几十年来没有大的变化。我国大量的中小矿山及一般工程施工中仍普遍使用能耗高、破岩效率低、易损零件多、寿命低、噪声高、环境污染严重的支腿式气动凿岩台车,研制开发轻型独立回转凿岩台车(CHT10-2F)总体方案设计就是在这样的背景下提出的。用轻型独立回转凿岩台车替代传统的气动凿岩台车能明显提高凿岩作业效率、显著降低耗能、减少噪声污染和空气污染,迅速提高我们凿岩和工程施工的装备技术水平。
本文在综合分析各类凿岩台车(CHT10-2F)总体方案设计冲击工作原理和轻型凿岩台车(CHT10-2F)总体方案设计各种结构的基础上,提出了轻型独立回转凿岩台车(CHT10-2F)总体方案设计的结构类型,对其主要部件进行了设计和研究。在设计中,本文重点的是设计凿岩台车(CHT10-2F)总体方案设计的液压传动系统,其包括:活塞的设计,配流阀系统的设计;蓄能器的设计;活塞防空打装置的设计;液压冲击机构液压控制原理图。
针对所设计的凿岩台车(CHT10-2F)总体方案设计,利用计算机辅助设计软件AUTO CAD2007及CAXA2005画出了其装配图,然后对其进行分析研究,了解其结构原理,对本次设计的成果进一步巩固加深,达到设计的最终目的。

Abstract
Drilling machinery is widely used in excavation, construction and other filed. In despite of the world Hydraulic rock drill sespecially Hydraulic rock drill technology had great developed, in our country the main product of rock drill had little change in recent decade . A large number of small and medium-sized mining in our country and the general engineering construction in common use is still high energy consumption, broken rock the efficiency is low, the more vulnerable parts, life expectancy, noise is high, the pollution of the environment a pneumatic drill machine, leg type developed light independent rotary hydraulic drill machine is in this context of the proposed. With light independent to replace the traditional aerodynamic rotary drill machine more drilling can obviously increase efficiency, reduce energy consumption, significantly lower noise pollution and air pollution, the rapid increase of drilling engineering construction and our equipment technology level.
hydraulic drill machine working principle and light hydraulic drill machine all the structures are put forward, based on the back of the hydraulic drill machine light independent type structure, the main components of the design and research. In the design, this paper is to design the hydraulic system of hydraulic drill machine, which include: the design with flow valve system design; The design of the accumulator; The piston air defense play device design; Hydraulic impact mechanism hydraulic control principle diagram.
According to the design of hydraulic drill machine, using a computer aided design software AUTO CAD2007 and CAXA2005 draw its assembly drawings and some typical parts drawing, then analyses the research, understand the structure and principle, the design of the achievements, to deepen further consolidate the final purpose of the design.
