4. 结论
在老师的关心和指导下,经过三个月的设计,TH250斗式提升机的总体方案设计,总体装配以及传动、机体等部件和相关零部件设计及绘图的设计工作已经完成。
提升机的主要参数如下:
功率:7.5kW;
提升高度:35m;
提升能力:30(t/h);
料斗宽度:250mm;
料斗盛水容积:3L;
料斗间距:450mm;
本次设计的TH250圆环链斗式提升机,提升高度为35米,提升能力35吨/小时,运行平稳可靠。适用于输送堆积密度小于1.5t/m3,易于掏取的粉状、粒状、小块状的低磨琢性物料,如煤、水泥、碎石、砂、化肥、粮食等。
