摘要
在精甲醇生产中,甲醇精馏塔设备至关重要它直接关系到产品的等级,生产的能耗设备的投资等等一系列问题。所以在设计中非常注重对精馏塔的选型,塔的材料选用,塔内构件的布置,以及其他附加的选用。精馏塔主要有两个作用,一、将甲醇组分与水和重组分分离,得到精甲醇产品;二、将水分分离出来,并尽量降低其他有机杂质的含量,排出系统外。本文将介绍塔器是在何时产生、以及它漫长的发展过程中有哪些改进,在塔器不断发展的同时又有哪些新型塔器产生。通过对二塔精馏跟三塔加压精馏的这两类都已经很成熟的技术的综合比较,由于本设计年产量只用2.5万吨,选用二塔精馏,通过对甲醇精馏塔进行设计及改造,体现精馏技术在节能方面的意义,使甲醇的生产往节能高效的方向更好更快的不断发展。

Abstract
In the fine methanol production, methanol distillation equipment is essential it is directly related to the product level, investment in the production of energy equipment, so a series of problems. Therefore, great emphasis in the design of the distillation column selection, column selection of materials, layout of the tower components, and other additional choice. Distillation column has two main effects, one, the methanol and water and re-sub-components separated by purified methanol product; Second, the separation of water and minimize the content of other organic impurities, discharged outside the system. This article will introduce when the tower is in production, as well as its long development process which improved the continuous development of the tower and which also generated a new tower. By the second distillation tower with the three-pressure distillation tower and the two types of technologies are already mature and comprehensive comparisons due to the designed annual output of only 2.5 million tons, but using the distillation tower, through the methanol distillation column design and reconstruction, reflecting the Rectification in the significance of energy efficiency, so that the production of methanol in the direction to the energy efficient continuous development of better and faster.
