摘 要
本设计针对柑橘套装机上料与压紧装置进行了深入研究与开发。水果装袋机械作为高技术、高智能的机电一体化产品,其性能与效率对于水果包装行业至关重要。本设计主要完成了纸袋与药板的上料及压紧装置设计,包括纸袋上料机构、纸袋展开机构以及压紧装置的结构设计与计算。通过采用负压吸盘对纸袋进行分离与输送,以及槽轮机构驱动带形带对药板进行定量输送,实现了高效、稳定的装袋过程。同时,设计过程中充分考虑了机械动力学分析,确保了机械运行的平稳性。此外,本设计还参考了各类装袋机械设计的优点,并结合实际需求进行了创新。最终,本机器装袋能力达到了50~120袋/分,具有较高的性价比和竞争力。

Abstract
This design is further studied and developed for the citrus set machine loading and pressing device. As a high technology and intelligent mechatronics product, the performance and efficiency of fruit bagging machinery are crucial to the fruit packaging industry. This design mainly completes the design of feeding and pressing device of paper bag and medicine board, including the structural design and calculation of paper bag loading mechanism, paper bag unfolding mechanism and pressing device. Through the separation and conveying of the paper bag by the negative pressure suction cup, and the quantitative transport of the medicine plate, the efficient and stable bagging process is realized. At the same time, the mechanical dynamic analysis is fully considered in the design process to ensure the stability of the mechanical operation. In addition, this design also refers to the advantages of various types of bagging mechanical design, and combined with the actual needs for innovation. Finally, the bagging capacity of this machine has reached 50~120 bags / minute, with high cost performance and competitiveness.
