摘 要
本文旨在设计一种基于PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)的全自动砌墙机,以解决建筑行业在砌墙过程中面临的效率低下、施工质量不稳定以及劳动强度大等问题。通过文献调研、系统设计、编程实现、调试优化和实验验证等步骤,本文完成了砌墙机的整体设计,包括PLC控制系统、机械结构以及自动化程序的设计。实验结果表明,所设计的全自动砌墙机具有较高的稳定性和自动化程度,能够显著提高砌墙效率和施工质量。本文的研究成果对于推动建筑行业的自动化和智能化发展具有重要意义。

ABSTRACT
This paper aims to design a fully automatic wall laying machine based on PLC (programmable logic controller) to solve the problems of low efficiency, unstable construction quality and high labor intensity facing the construction industry in the process of wall building. Through the steps of literature research, system design, programming implementation, debugging optimization and experimental verification, this paper, the overall design of wall laying machine is completed, including the design of PLC control system, mechanical structure and automatic program. The experimental results show that the designed automatic wall laying machine has high stability and automation degree, and can significantly improve the wall laying efficiency and construction quality. The research results of this paper are of great significance for promoting the automation and intelligence development of the construction industry.
