摘 要
本文聚焦于自动裹膜机的结构设计,旨在开发一种适用于农业生产中育秧钵包装的自动化设备。随着现代农业对高效、精准包装设备的需求日益增长,自动裹膜机在提高包装效率、降低人工成本方面发挥着重要作用。育秧钵作为农业生产中广泛使用的育苗工具,其钵体由配有肥料的土壤制成,具有保证种子养分供应、提高发芽率和成活率等优势。然而,传统的人工包装方式效率低下,难以满足大规模生产的需求。
本文首先分析了自动裹膜机的工作原理及现有技术的优缺点,结合育秧钵的特性和包装要求,制定了合理的结构设计方案。设计过程中,重点考虑了薄膜的切割与输送机制、传感器的选型与布局、关键零部件的校核计算等关键因素。通过优化结构设计,确保了薄膜能够均匀、紧密地包裹在育秧钵外部,同时提高了裹膜的精度和速度。
此外,本文还引入了智能控制系统,实现了对物品尺寸的自动识别与裹膜参数的调整,增强了设备的灵活性和适应性。经过测试与验证,该自动裹膜机能够稳定、高效地完成育秧钵的包装任务,显著提高了包装效率和产品质量。
本文的研究成果不仅提升了自动裹膜机的技术水平,还为农业生产中的育秧钵包装提供了有效的自动化解决方案,具有广泛的应用前景和推广价值。

Abstract
This paper focuses on the structural design of automatic film wrapping machine to develop an automated device suitable for packaging seedling bowls in agricultural production. With the increasing demand for efficient and precision packaging equipment in modern agriculture, the automatic film wrapping machine plays an important role in improving the packaging efficiency and reducing the labor cost. As a widely used seedling tool in agricultural production, the seedling bowl is made of soil equipped with fertilizer, which has the advantages of ensuring the nutrient supply of the seeds, improving the germination rate and survival rate. However, the traditional manual packaging method is inefficient and difficult to meet the needs of mass production.
This paper first analyzes the working principle of the automatic film wrapping machine and the advantages and disadvantages of the existing technology, and combines the characteristics and packaging requirements of the seedling bowl to develop a reasonable structural design scheme. In the design process, the key factors such as the cutting and conveying mechanism of the film, the selection and layout of the sensors, and the check and calculation of the key components are mainly considered. By optimizing the structural design, it is ensured that the film can be evenly and tightly wrapped in the outside of the seedling bowl, while the accuracy and speed of the film wrapping are improved.
In addition, this paper also introduces an intelligent control system, which realizes the automatic identification of the item size and the adjustment of the film wrapping parameters, and enhances the flexibility and adaptability of the equipment. After testing and verification, the automatic film wrapping machine can stably and efficiently complete the packaging task of the seedling bowl, significantly improving the packaging efficiency and product quality.
The research results of this paper not only improve the technical level of automatic film wrapping machine, but also provide an effective automatic solution for the packaging of seedling bowl in agricultural production, which has a wide application prospect and promotion value.
