本文旨在探讨土豆去皮机的结构设计,以解决传统土豆去皮方式中存在的劳动强度大、效率低下、卫生与安全问题。随着农业生产与食品加工领域对高效、智能化设备的需求日益增长,研发一款高效、安全、卫生的土豆去皮机显得尤为重要。本文通过深入研究现有土豆去皮机的技术特点与不足,提出了一种全新的结构设计方案。该方案优化了机械结构,提升了去皮效率与自动化程度,确保了土豆在去皮过程中的完整形态与营养价值。
在设计中,特别注重设备的灵活性与适应性,使其能够处理不同规格与种类的土豆,无需频繁调整设置。同时,采用高效节能的电机与传动系统,减少了能源消耗,并结合易于清洁与维护的结构设计,降低了水资源与清洗剂的消耗,符合可持续发展的绿色制造趋势。此外,人性化设计也是本项目的关键考量,包括直观易懂的操作界面、合理的控制面板布局以及多项安全特性,旨在提升用户体验与操作便捷性,保障操作人员的安全。
本文详细介绍了土豆去皮机的结构设计过程,包括传动系统的设计、关键零部件的校核计算、三维模型的绘制以及二维工程图纸的制作等。通过实际测试与验证,证明了该土豆去皮机具有高效、安全、卫生的优点,能够显著提升土豆去皮作业的效率与质量,为土豆加工行业的技术进步与产业升级做出了积极贡献。

Abstract
This paper aims to explore the structural design of the potato peeling machine to solve the problems of high labor intensity, low efficiency, health and safety existing in the traditional potato peeling method. With the increasing demand for efficient and intelligent equipment in the field of agricultural production and food processing, it is particularly important to develop an efficient, safe and hygienic potato peeling machine. This paper proposes a new structural design scheme by studying the technical characteristics and deficiencies of the existing potato peeling machine. This scheme optimizes the mechanical structure, improves the efficiency and automation of peeling, and ensures the complete morphology and nutritional value of potatoes in the peeling process.
In the design, special attention is paid to the flexibility and adaptability of the equipment, so that it can handle different specifications and types of potatoes, without frequent adjustment of Settings. At the same time, the use of high efficiency and energy saving motor and transmission system, reduce energy consumption, and combined with the easy cleaning and maintenance of the structural design, reduce the consumption of water resources and cleaning agent, in line with the sustainable development of green manufacturing trend. In addition, humanized design is also a key consideration of this project, including intuitive and easy to understand operation interface, reasonable control panel layout and a number of safety features, aiming to improve user experience and operation convenience, and ensure the safety of operators.
This paper introduces the structure design process of the potato peeling machine in detail, including the design of the transmission system, the checking calculation of the key components, the three-dimensional drawing of the model and the making of the two-dimensional engineering drawings. Through the actual test and verification, it is proved that the potato peeling machine has the advantages of high efficiency, safety and hygiene, which can significantly improve the efficiency and quality of the potato peeling operation, and has made a positive contribution to the technological progress and industrial upgrading of the potato processing industry.
