摘 要
本篇运用CAD和UG软件对塑料家用雪糕模具盒进行了设计。塑料家用雪糕模具盒作为我们日常生活中常见的物品,其材料主要选用PS(聚苯乙烯),该材料具有良好的透明性、加工性能和表面光泽度,非常适合用于制作食品模具。在深入了解家用雪糕模具盒的结构特征后,我们决定采用注射成型加工工艺进行生产,该工艺具有生产效率高、成本低、可成型复杂形状等优点。
在设计过程中,我们特别注重模具的浇注系统设计,最终采用了点浇口浇注方式。点浇口具有流道短、压力损失小、制品外观质量好等优点,非常适合家用雪糕模具盒这种对表面质量要求较高的产品。同时,我们还对模架的选用、镶件的大小等进行了详细的资料查询和计算,以确保模具设计的合理性和可行性。
通过本次设计,我们不仅掌握了注塑模具设计的基本流程和方法,还深入了解了PS塑料的注射成型工艺和模具设计要点。本文的研究成果对于提高家用雪糕模具盒的生产效率和产品质量具有重要意义,同时也为其他类似产品的模具设计提供了有益的参考。

Abstract
This paper uses CAD and UG software to design the plastic home ice cream mold box. Plastic household ice cream mold box as a common item in our daily life, its material mainly uses PS (polystyrene), the material has good transparency, processing performance and surface gloss, very suitable for making food mold. After an in-depth understanding of the structural characteristics of the household ice cream mold box, we decided to use the injection molding process for production, which has the advantages of high production efficiency, low cost, complex shape and so on.
In the design process, we pay special attention to the pouring system design of the mold, and finally adopt the point pouring method. The point gate has the advantages of short flow channel, small pressure loss and good appearance quality of products, which is very suitable for household ice cream mold box, which has high surface quality requirements. At the same time, we also carried out detailed data query and calculation of the selection and the size of the insert, to ensure the rationality and feasibility of the mold design.
Through this design, we not only mastered the basic process and method of injection mold design, but also had a deep understanding of the injection molding process and key points of PS plastic. The research results of this paper are of great significance for improving the production efficiency and product quality of household ice cream mold box, and also provide a useful reference for the mold design of other similar products.
