——基于JX金融科技公司案例分析

摘 要
近年来,发展普惠金融,服务好民营企业特别是小微企业成为国家战略。随着金融科技的发展,将传统供应链金融进行升级改造,将会给小微企业提供便捷的融资服务,以缓解小微企业融资难的困境,响应国家战略。
本文以JX金融科技公司进行供应链金融产品互联网化创新为例,对传统供应链金融无法满足小微企业融资需求进行分析,并对解决方案进行了相应的梳理。从中得出了以下结论:
其一、供应链金融互联网化创新产品有效解决了小微供应商融资难题。一是实现客户贷款申请、审批、支用、还款等产品“一站式”办理,极大便捷了申办流程,进一步提高客户办理体验。二是普惠金融贷款的利率大大降低了小微企业的融资成本。三是产品模式可快速在全国128家央企和跨国公司战略客户、2万家核心企业中复制推广,更多的供应链小微企业将享受到银行信贷支持。
其二、供应链金融互联网化创新产品使银行有效的平衡自身收益与风险,发现新的业务蓝海。一是贷前实现对小微企业的“精准画像”和精准授信,贷后实施销售回款的系统监控,消除信息不对称与借款人还款来源的不确定性,降低贷款风险,实现业务发展可持续。二是全流程线上操作、系统自动审批、贷后机控等,让银行自身的工作量减少了80%以上,业务办理效率大幅提高。三是银行能实现快速批量拓客,助力小微企业做大做强。
其三、供应链金融互联网化创新产品使核心企业实现了与链上企业共同价值创造,解决了普惠金融最为关键的“普”与“惠”问题,真正构建起一个广覆盖、低成本、可持续的普惠金融体系。一是有效解决核心企业账期管理、负债管理等痛点,同时体现其社会责任和普惠义务。二是突破地域界限,通过一点接入、全面铺开,能够为核心企业链上的普惠客群提供同质同价服务。三是突破原有贷款制度,核心企业无需承担担保责任,进一步激发核心企业推广供应链金融的内生动力,推动核心企业共同促进普惠金融发展。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, it has become a national strategy to develop Inclusive Finance and serve private enterprises, especially small and micro enterprises. With the development of financial science and technology, upgrading the traditional supply chain finance will provide convenient financing services for small and micro enterprises, so as to alleviate the financing difficulties of small and micro enterprises and respond to the national strategy.
This paper takes JX financial technology company as an example to analyze that traditional supply chain finance can not meet the financing needs of small and micro enterprises, and sort out the corresponding solutions. The conclusion is as follows:
Frist of all, internet based innovative products of supply chain finance innovative products effectively solve the financing problems of small and micro suppliers. First, to realize "one-stop" processing of products such as customer's appointment for loan application, approval, disbursement, repayment, which greatly facilitates the application process and further improves the customer's handling experience. Second, the interest rate of inclusive financial loan greatly reduces the financing cost of small and micro enterprises. Third, the product model can be quickly replicated and promoted in 128 strategic customers of central enterprises and multinational companies and 20000 core enterprises nationwide. More small and micro enterprises in the supply chain will enjoy bank credit support.
Furthermore, internet based innovative products of supply chain finance enable banks to effectively balance their own profits and risks, and find new business area. Frist, before the loan, the "accurate portrait" and precise credit extension for small and micro enterprises will be realized. After the loan, the systematic monitoring of sales receipts will be implemented to eliminate the information asymmetry and the uncertainty of the borrower's repayment source, reduce the loan risk and realize the sustainable business development. Second, the whole process of online operation, automatic system approval, post loan computer control, etc. have reduced the bank's own workload by more than 80%, greatly improving the efficiency of business processing. Third, banks can develop customers in batches and help small and micro enterprises grow bigger and stronger.
Last but not least, internet based innovative products of supply chain finance enable core enterprises to create common value with enterprises on the chain, solve the most critical "common" and "preferential" problems of Inclusive Finance, and truly build a wide coverage, low-cost and sustainable inclusive financial system. Frist, it solve the pain points of account period management and liability management of core enterprises, and at the same time reflect their social responsibilities and inclusive obligations. Second, it break through the geographical boundaries, through one-point access and comprehensive deployment. It can provide the same quality and price services for the inclusive customers in the core enterprise chain. Third, breaking through the original loan system, core enterprises do not need to bear the guarantee responsibility, further stimulating the endogenous power of core enterprises to promote supply chain finance and promoting core enterprises to jointly promote the development of Inclusive Finance.
