转子泵是一种容积泵,通过一对传动比为1的齿轮啮合传动,带动两个转子实现同步反转。在旋转过程中,入口产生真空度,从而吸入待输送的液体。通常也称为非接触式转子泵。其原理是泵体内的两个转子由两个同步齿轮驱动旋转完成吸排水。对于双叶渐开线转子泵的研究,具有十分广阔的应用前景。它不仅适用于石油介质运输,而且在日用化工、石油、医药、食品等行业具有广阔的市场潜力。可输送蜂蜜、牛奶、润滑油等大粘性介质和煤、原油等多相介质。如:润滑油、油脂、原油、沥青、油漆、植物油、蜂蜜、果酱、黄油、牙膏、洗发水、肥皂、油漆、石蜡、尼龙、聚酯、聚乙烯等。

Abstract
Rotor pump is a kind of volumetric pump, which drives two rotors to achieve synchronous inversion through a pair of gear meshing transmission with transmission ratio of 1. In view of the fact that there are few theoretical studies on rotor profile design of rotor pump in China, this paper focuses on the theoretical study of rotor profile.
