基于PLC的动物饮水系统设计
摘 要
国内应用的主要是K型机械往复式自动喂料机,该机型结构简单,动力消耗较大,设备笨重,处理量小 且成间接成堆式不均匀给料;60年代出现了电磁振动自动喂料机,其主要利用电磁感应原理进行给料工作,具有处理能力大、结构紧凑、质量轻、可无级调速以及电耗 少等特点,然而该型自动喂料机局限于非防爆场合,并且不适合于密度较大矿石的给料工作;70年代末至80年代初,旨在改进电磁振动自动喂料机缺点的电机振动自动喂料机 应运而生,该机型结构简单,自动调节同步运动,但由于电机参振,使得该型自动喂料机在使用过程中出现电机寿命较短等一系列技术缺陷;,现有的连续自动喂料机在低噪音、低功耗、大运量和连续给料等方面都具有各自的优势和适用范围,不同的应用条 件对于自动喂料机的功能要求也不同,因此,自动喂料机在技术设计上更加具有针对性。
本次设计当中我们搜集大量目前现有的设计资料并根据资料进行了自我整理和消化理解吸收,对其中的设计方案以及设计现状进行了解,提出了符合实际需求的设计方案,并且对方案在设计的结构上进行了必要的改进,我们此次的设计通过详细的参数化三维结构设计进行不断的结构优化针对目前实际的尺寸要求进行了充分的优化和计算最终得到了我们所需的设计图,另外本次通过控制设计对大部分的传感器进行了了解和选型使用,对我们以后工作当中可能遇到的困难提前进行了预演习,为工作打下坚实的基础。

Design of automatic feeder system in chicken farm based on PLC

In this design, we collect a large number of existing design data and self-collate and digest the understanding and absorption according to the data. We understand the design scheme and the design status quo, put forward the design scheme in line with the actual needs, and make necessary improvements on the design structure. We the design through a detailed parametric three-dimensional structure design of structure optimization in view of the present actual size required to carry on the optimization and calculation eventually got plans, we need the other through the control design for most of the sensors for the understanding and selection, to may encounter difficulties in our later work has carried on the preliminary drill ahead of time, Lay a solid foundation for your work.
