基于大数据的贫困学生管理系统
摘 要 在当今时代,大数据技术在多个领域的应用已经成为一种普遍现象,教育行业同样不例外。随着高等教育机构学生数量的持续增长,学生管理工作的复杂性也随之增加。在这一过程中,我们不仅需要关注学生的学术表现,还应该重视他们的社交技能、个人发展和日常生活状况。鉴于此,开发一个针对经济困难学生的大数据驱动的管理平台显得尤为必要。
本研究提出了一个利用大数据技术与现代数据分析方法的贫困学生支持系统。该系统整合了先进的数据分析工具,能够实时地处理和分析学生信息,以便精确识别经济困难的学生群体,并为他们提供定制化的支持。系统采用Java编程语言构建,并结合了MySQL数据库、SSM(Spring, Spring MVC, MyBatis)框架以及JSP技术,以促进管理员、学生和教育机构之间的顺畅沟通。
该平台包含多个功能模块,包括但不限于:首页导航、用户个人中心、学生信息管理、教育机构信息管理、贫困生名额分配、贫困生资助申请处理、奖学金等级划分、评审规则设定、申请流程管理、资助金分配、勤工俭学项目协调、岗位申请处理、工时记录和薪资管理等。这些模块共同构成了一个全面的贫困学生信息管理体系,旨在实现对经济困难学生的精确识别和管理。
此外,系统通过数据库技术确保了数据的安全性、完整性和处理效率。本研究的成果对于提高贫困学生管理的效率、精确度,以及优化教育资源配置具有显著的实践价值。

Abstract
In today's era, the application of big data technology in many fields has become a common phenomenon, and the education industry is no exception. As the number of students in higher education institutions continues to grow, so does the complexity of student management. In this process, we need to focus not only on students' academic performance, but also on their social skills, personal development, and daily life conditions. In view of this, it is particularly necessary to develop a big data-driven management platform for economically disadvantaged students. This study presents a support system for poor students using big data technology with modern data analysis methods. The system integrates advanced data analysis tools to process and analyze student information in real time in order to accurately identify economically disadvantaged student groups and provide them with customized support. The system is built in the Java programming language and combines the MySQL database, the SSM (Spring, Spring MVC, MyBatis) framework, and the JSP technology to facilitate smooth communication between administrators, students, and educational institutions. The platform contains multiple functional modules, including but not limited to: home page navigation, user personal center, student information management, education institutions information management, quota allocation, poor students apply for processing, scholarship grades, review rules set, application process management, grant allocation, work-study project coordination, post application processing, time records and salary management, etc. Together, these modules constitute a comprehensive information management system for poor students, aiming to achieve the accurate identification and management of economically disadvantaged students. In addition, the system ensures the security, integrity, and processing efficiency of the data through the database technology. The results of this study are of significant practical value for improving the efficiency and accuracy of the management of poor students, and for optimizing the allocation of educational resources.
