本选题来源于当前中草药和农业分离机械领域对苜蓿茎叶分离技术的实际需求。随着中草药和农业产业的不断发展,对苜蓿茎叶等植物材料的分离和处理技术提出了更高的要求。然而,传统的分离方法多依赖于人工操作,不仅效率低下,而且劳动强度大,容易造成人力资源的浪费和工人的身体损伤。因此,开发一种能够高效、准确地分离苜蓿茎叶的机械设备成为了当前的迫切需求。
本文旨在设计一款高效、实用的苜蓿茎叶分离机,以满足中草药和农业分离机械领域对苜蓿茎叶分离的需求。设计过程中,我们深入研究了入料机构、滚筒结构、传动方式以及分离装置的结构形式,通过CAD和SolidWorks三维软件进行建模与仿真分析,以优化设备性能。该设备能有效实现苜蓿茎叶的快速分离,提高分类效率,同时降低劳动强度。相较于市场上现有的分离机,本设计在结构上进行了改进,能够应对大型叶茎以及过重叶茎的分离难题,为中草药和农业分离机械领域提供了一种先进的分类方法。

Abstract
This topic comes from the actual demand of alfalfa stem and leaf separation technology in the field of Chinese herbal medicine and agricultural separation machinery. With the continuous development of Chinese herbal medicine and agricultural industry, higher requirements are put forward for the separation and treatment techniques of plant materials such as alfalfa stems and leaves. However, the traditional separation methods rely on manual operation, not only inefficient, but also labor intensity, easy to cause the waste of human resources and physical injury of workers. Therefore, the development of a mechanical device capable of efficiently and accurately separating alfalfa stems and leaves is currently in an urgent demand.
This paper aims to design an efficient and practical alfalfa stem and leaf separator to meet the demand in the field of Chinese herbal medicine and agricultural separation machinery. In the design process, we deeply studied the feeding mechanism, the drum structure, the transmission mode and the structural form of the separation device, and conducted modeling and simulation analysis through CAD and SolidWorks 3 D software to optimize the performance of the equipment. The equipment can effectively realize the rapid separation of alfalfa stems and leaves, improve the classification efficiency, and reduce the labor intensity. Compared with the existing separators on the market, this design has improved the structure, which can deal with the separation problem of large leaf stems and heavy leaf stems, and provides an advanced classification method for the field of Chinese herbal medicine and agricultural separation machinery.
