摘 要
本文主要研究并设计了VMC950G加工中心的主轴箱传动结构。在机械结构设计的专业方向上,本文综合运用了机械原理、机械设计和机械制造装备设计等领域的基本理论,对VMC950G加工中心的进给轴和主轴进行了详细的传动结构设计。该加工中心主要用于加工精度高、工序多、形状复杂的零件,如板类、盘类件、壳体件和模具等。设计过程中,首先明确了主轴箱传动结构的技术参数要求,包括主轴转速范围、功率输出、中心至导轨的距离以及电机的额定功率等。随后,通过查阅相关背景资料,确定了主轴箱传动结构的总体方案,并进行了系统设计和计算。此外,本文还涉及了主轴箱、主轴、传动轴和传动件的结构设计,电机、轴承和标准件的选择,以及主轴箱装配图和零部件零件图的绘制。最后,撰写了设计说明书,为VMC950G加工中心主轴箱传动结构的设计提供了详细的技术文档。

Abstract
This paper, we mainly studied and designed the main box drive structure of VMC950G machining center. In the professional direction of mechanical structure design, this paper comprehensively uses the basic theories of mechanical principle, mechanical design and mechanical manufacturing equipment design, and carries out the detailed transmission structure design of the feed shaft and spindle of VMC950G machining center. The machining center is mainly used for the parts with high precision, many processes and complex shapes, such as plate type, plate type, shell parts and mold. In the design process, the technical parameters requirements of the transmission structure of the spindle box are clarified, including the spindle speed range, power output, the distance from the center to the guide rail and the rated power of the motor, etc. Subsequently, by consulting the relevant background information, the overall scheme of the spindle gearbox drive structure is determined, and the system design and calculation. In addition, this paper involves the structural design of the spindle box, spindle, drive shaft and transmission parts, the selection of motor, bearing and standard parts, as well as the spindle box assembly drawing and parts drawing. Finally, the design specification is written to provide detailed technical documents for the design of VMC950G machining center.
