摘 要
根据指导老师安排的毕业设计冲裁件,从课题所给定的零件图,结合其外形结构和尺寸得知,冲裁件的外形为台阶圆筒件,由此得知冲裁件由落料、拉深等工艺构成。拿到老师制定课题以后,首先分析工件的工艺类型,根据工件的尺寸,分析并选择适合的设计方案;其次,进行模具的棑样设计,查阅相关的资料,计算工件的坯料尺寸,合理选择排样的搭边值;最后,计算模具的压力中心和冲压力,选择相对应的压力机;最后选择模具常用标准间,绘制模具总装图及零件图并编写设计说明书。除此之外,结合工件的结构,从生产的角度出发,为了节约模具制造成本,提高产品生产效率,保证工件的生产精度,该工件的冲裁模具设计方案采用了一副复合模具和一副单工序模具。在模具设计前主要查找工件图纸中未标注公差的尺寸公差,根据尺寸公差来确定模具制造的精度,经过多次的排样分析以后,开始进行模具的结构设计。

Abstract
According to the layout of the graduate design blanking piece arranged by the instructor, the blanking part is composed of blanking, drawing and other processes. After the teacher has formulated the subject, first of all, analyze the process type of the workpiece, according to the size of the workpiece, analyze and select the appropriate design scheme; secondly, design the mold tamping, consult the relevant information, calculate the workpiece blank size, reasonable choice of nesting lap value; finally, calculate the pressure center of the mold and Punching force, choose the corresponding press; finally choose the common standard room of the die, draw the assembly drawing and parts drawing and write the design instructions. In addition, combined with the structure of the workpiece, from the production point of view, in order to save the cost of mold manufacturing, improve the production efficiency and ensure the production accuracy of the workpiece, the design of the blanking die for the workpiece adopts a composite die and a single process die. Before the mold design, we mainly look for the dimension tolerance which is not marked in the workpiece drawing, and determine the precision of the mold manufacture according to the dimension tolerance. After many times of layout analysis, we begin to design the mold structure.
