摘要
本文描述了采用可编程控制器(PLC)作为核心控制部件,文章介绍了洗衣机的系统结构。首先对全自动洗衣机的控制系统进行了分析,在此基础上提出了基于PLC的全自动洗衣机控制方案,并对方案进行了论证,根据洗衣机的工作原理,设计了流程及程序,对按钮,等其它一些输入/输出点进行控制,实现了洗衣机洗衣过程的自动化。由于洗涤、脱水的时间均由PLC内计数器控制,所以只要改变定时器参数就可以改变时间。对其中软件设计、硬件设计等问题进行了分析和研究,实现了全自动洗衣机的正常运行、强制性停止等功能。具有智能化程度高、安全可靠、方便、灵活等特点。
本次设计的主要控制器件为可编程逻辑控制器。可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)是以计算机技术为核心的通用自动化控制装置,它集功能性强,可靠性高,编程简单,使用方便,体积小巧、并对电路有智能保护等优点于一身,近年来已经广泛应用于全自动洗衣机和工业生产中,并被誉为当代工业自动化主要支柱之一。

ABSTRACT
This paper describes the use of programmable logic controller (PLC) as the core control unit, the paper introduces the system structure of washing machine. Control system of the full automatic washing machine is analyzed, based on this proposed scheme to control the automatic washing machine based on PLC, and the scheme is demonstrated, on the basis of the principle of washing machine, design processes and procedures, buttons, and other input / output point control, realized the automation the washing process of washing machine. Because the washing, dehydration time by PLC in counter control, so long as the parameters can change the timer time. For the software design, hardware design issues such as analysis and research, realize the normal operation of the automatic washing machine, a mandatory stop function. Has the characteristics of high intelligence, safety and reliability, convenient, flexible.
