摘 要
本研究聚焦于碳罐滤芯螺丝装配设备的设计与开发,旨在通过机构结构的优化设计,提升螺丝装配的准确性和效率,以满足自动化、智能化的现代生产需求。设备设计包括自动装配和手动辅助两部分,其中人工流程涉及零件放入工装型腔、启动自动循环和取出装配完成的零件。自动流程则依赖于零件检测传感器确保装配的连贯性。
本研究的主要内容包括:碳罐滤芯螺丝装配机的总体布局设计;伺服运动机构的详细结构设计;工装及型腔的结构设计;主要零部件的设计计算与选型;以及工程设计图纸的绘制。在总体方案设计上,本研究基于腰座模式、臂结构、执行器和传动系统等关键组件进行详细设计,并深入分析系统的执行能力,阐述其具体操作步骤。
此外,本研究还从理论角度对气压系统和控制系统进行了论证,并在设计PLC控制系统时预先设置了相关参数。通过对控制系统内部电路的深入分析,编制出系统控制程序,确保装配过程的稳定性和可靠性。本研究不仅提高了碳罐滤芯螺丝装配的自动化和智能化水平,也为相关领域的设备设计与优化提供了有价值的参考。

Abstract
This research focuses on the design and development of screw assembly equipment for carbon tank filter element, aiming to improve the accuracy and efficiency of screw assembly through the optimization design of mechanism structure, so as to meet the needs of automatic and intelligent modern production. The equipment design includes two parts: automatic assembly and manual assistance. The manual process involves putting the parts into the tooling chamber, starting the automatic cycle and removing the assembled parts. The automatic process relies on the part detection sensors to ensure assembly consistency.
The main contents of this study include the general layout design of the detailed structural design of servo motion mechanism, the structural design of tooling and type cavity, the design calculation and selection of main components, and the engineering design drawing. In the overall scheme design, this study conducts detailed design based on key components such as waist seat mode, arm structure, actuator and transmission system, and deeply analyzes the execution ability of the system and expounds its specific operation steps.
Moreover, this study also demonstrated the air pressure system and control system from a theoretical perspective, and preset relevant parameters when designing the PLC control system. Through the in-depth analysis of the internal circuit of the control system, the system control program is compiled to ensure the stability and reliability of the assembly process. This study not only improves the automation and intelligence level of screw assembly of carbon tank filter element, but also provides a valuable reference for equipment design and optimization in related fields.
