摘 要
丹参片,具有活血化瘀的功效。用于瘀血闭阻所致的胸痹;可治疗冠心病,心绞痛。展开丹参片的工艺生产设计,不仅仅可以显著扩大药物的产业规模,维护人民身体健康,还可以降低药物价格,让人民享有更完善的健康保障。
本设计为年产7亿片丹参片中药前处理车间工艺设计,为实现此实际车间工艺设计,结合在药企的实习经验和所学专业知识,并查阅大量文献资料后选定丹参片生产工艺流程为:原辅料经称量、煎煮、过滤、浓缩、干燥、粉碎、混合、整粒、压片、包装等操作,制得成品。再对本车间设计的工艺流程进行物料衡算和能量衡算,通过计算所得到的结果在进行对应操作的设备选型,完成全流程的车间工艺设计。

ABSTRACT
Danshen tablets have the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Used for Qu Bi caused by blood stasis and obstruction; Can treat coronary heart disease and angina. The process production design of Danshen tablets can not only significantly expand the scale of the pharmaceutical industry, maintain people's physical health, but also reduce drug prices, allowing people to enjoy more comprehensive health protection.
This design is for the process design of the traditional Chinese medicine pretreatment workshop with an annual output of 700 million Danshen tablets. In order to achieve this actual workshop process design, combined with internship experience and professional knowledge learned in pharmaceutical companies, and after consulting a large amount of literature, the production process of Danshen tablets is selected as follows: the raw materials are weighed, boiled, filtered, concentrated, dried, crushed, mixed, granulated, compressed, packaged and other operations to produce finished products. Perform material and energy balance calculations on the process flow designed in this workshop, and select corresponding equipment based on the calculated results to complete the workshop process design for the entire process.
