马达转子组装机——机架及设备外罩的设计
摘 要
本文聚焦于马达转子组装机的机架及设备外罩设计。针对马达生产企业在马达转子组装过程中面临的高强度工作量和效率问题,本研究旨在开发一款半自动马达转子组装机,以减轻工人劳动强度并提升工作效率。设计中,整个组装机被模块化分为机架及设备外罩、上下料机构、轴承及齿轮压装机构三大部分。本论文主要关注机架及设备外罩的设计,要求其不仅外形美观,还需工作稳定可靠,安全性能高,并能与其他机构协调工作,完成整个组装工艺流程。设计过程中,通过查阅文献、研读设计任务书以及与同组设计者交流讨论,提出了多种设计方案,并经过比较论证,选取了最佳方案进行细化设计。最终,完成了机架及设备外罩的详细设计图纸,并提供了图纸目录、设备零件BOM表以及外购件BOM表,为马达转子组装机的实际制造与应用奠定了基础。

Abstract
This paper focuses on the design of rack and equipment cover for installed motor rotor sets. In view of the high intensity of work and efficiency of motor rotor assembly, this study aims to develop a semi-automatic motor rotor group installation to reduce labor intensity and improve work efficiency. In the design, the whole group of installation is divided into three parts: frame and equipment cover, loading and unloading mechanism, bearing and gear press mechanism. This paper mainly focuses on the design of frame and equipment cover, which requires not only beautiful appearance, but also stable and reliable work, high safety performance, and be able to coordinate with other institutions to complete the whole assembly process. In the design process, through the literature review, reading the design assignment book, and communicating and discussing with the designers of the same group, a variety of design schemes were put forward, and after comparison and demonstration, the best scheme was selected for detailed design. Finally, the detailed design drawings of the rack and equipment cover were completed, and the drawing catalogue, equipment parts BOM and purchased parts BOM were provided, which laid a foundation for the actual manufacturing and application of the motor rotor group installation.
