本论文聚焦于果冻包装机封口切断机构的设计。首先,通过深入研究相似类型的果冻包装机,探讨了多种封口方法的优劣,并重点对热封形式进行了详细的研究与设计。基于包装工艺路线,确定了设计方案,并经过对比分析,选择了横封、纵封以及切断机构的具体形式。论文从基本理论、工作原理及分析方法等角度对设计进行了全面阐述,并完成了结构设计与相关计算。封口作为包装过程中的关键工序,其性能直接影响产品的密封保存与运输销售。因此,对封口切断机构的深入研究与设计具有重要的实践意义。本设计旨在提升包装机封口切断机构的性能,实现结构简单、尺寸小巧、易于安装与维护,同时保证操作便捷性。

Abstract
This paper focuses on the design of the Jpackaging mechanism. First of all, through the thorough study of similar types of jelly packaging machine, we discuss the advantages and disadvantages of various sealing methods, and focus on the detailed research and design of hot sealing forms. Based on the packaging process route, the design scheme is determined, and after comparative analysis, the specific forms of horizontal sealing, vertical sealing and cutting mechanism are selected. This paper comprehensively expounds the design from the perspective of basic theory, working principle and analytical method, and completes the structure design and related calculation. As a key process in the packaging process, the performance of sealing directly affects the sealing storage and transportation sales of products. Therefore, the further study and design of sealing institutions is of important practical significance. This design aims to improve the performance of the packaging machine sealing and cutting mechanism, to achieve a simple structure, small size, easy installation and maintenance, and to ensure the ease of operation.
