摘 要
本文研究了喷气织机凸轮开口机构的设计,重点探讨了机械产品运动分析和仿真在凸轮开口机构设计中的重要性。文章基于喷气织机凸轮开口机构的设计原理,在Pro/E软件环境中实现了凸轮的设计及实体造型。进一步地,通过利用Pro/E Wildfire的运动学分析模块Mechanism,对喷气织机凸轮开口机构进行了深入的运动学分析和仿真。通过这一研究,不仅加深了对凸轮开口机构运动特性的理解,更对机构的优化设计提供了有力的数据支持。本文还通过对心直动尖顶喷气织机凸轮开口机构进行仿真分析,明晰了其运动特性及优缺点,为该机构的进一步优化设计以及未来应用提供了重要的指导。

Abstract
This paper studies the design of cam opening mechanism and discusses the importance of motion analysis and simulation in the design of cam opening mechanism. Based on the design principle of jet cam opening mechanism, the design and physical shape of cam are realized in Pro / E software environment. Further, the kinematic analysis is simulation using the kinematic analysis module Mechanism of Pro / E Wildfire. Through this study, we not only deepen the understanding of the motion characteristics of the cam opening mechanism, but also provide strong data support for the optimized design of the mechanism. This paper also makes the simulation and analysis of the cam opening mechanism of the jet jet loom, clarifies its motion characteristics and its advantages and disadvantages, and provides important guidance for the further optimization design and future application of the mechanism.
