摘要
本文综述了国内外织机发展的现状与打纬机构的研究概况,并创新性提出了一种喷气织机打纬机构,以改进织机的打纬性能。为深入探究该机构的运动特性,本文建立了其运动学数学模型,并详细列出了位移、速度和加速度方程。借助Visual Basic 6.0软件,编制了辅助分析程序,从而绘制出打纬机构的运动学特性曲线。此外,本文还探讨了机构参数对运动规律的影响,通过设定机构运动目标,并结合实际设计时的结构限制,利用VB6.0编写的可视化软件进行了人机交互对话优化,最终得到了一组最佳参数。基于这些参数,本文还利用Pro/E软件进行了打纬机构的三维建模与仿真,并借助CAD绘制了零件图和装配图,为实际生产提供了有力支持。

Abstract
This paper summarizes the current situation of domestic and foreign loom development, and innovatively proposes a jet loom to improve the performance of looms. To explore the motion characteristics of the mechanism, we developed the kinematic mathematical model and detailed the displacement, velocity and acceleration equations. With the help of Visual Basic 6.0 software, the auxiliary analysis program is compiled to draw the kinematic characteristics curve of the latitude beating mechanism. In addition, this paper also discusses the influence of mechanism parameters on the motion law. By setting the mechanism motion target and combined with the structural limitations in the actual design, the visualization software written by VB6.0 is used to optimize the human-computer interaction dialogue, and finally obtains a set of optimal parameters. Based on these parameters, this paper also uses Pro / E software to carry out the three-dimensional modeling and simulation of the latitude drilling mechanism, and draws the part diagram and assembly diagram with the help of CAD, which provides strong support for the actual production.
