摘要
本文旨在设计一款适用于家用的小型茶叶振动筛,以满足家庭茶叶筛分的需求。设计过程中,通过文献检索与调研分析,对现有的茶叶振动筛技术进行了深入研究,并结合机械设计、机械制图及材料力学等理论知识,确定了总体设计方案。该设计充分考虑了加工和装配的便捷性,确保设备尺寸长宽高分别不超过1500mm×1000mm×1500mm,以适应家庭使用场景。设计过程中详细进行了设计计算校核,并绘制了相应的装配图和重要零部件图,以便后续加工制造。此外,本文还翻译了一篇相关英文文献,以加深对茶叶振动筛技术的理解。最终,本文完成了一份开题报告和毕业设计计算说明书,为小型茶叶振动筛的实际应用提供了理论依据和技术支持。

Abstract
This paper aims to design a small tea vibrating screen suitable for household use to meet the needs of household tea sieve. In the process of design, through literature search and analysis, the existing tea vibrsieve technology was deeply studied, and the theoretical knowledge of mechanical design, mechanical drawing and material mechanics was combined to determine the overall design scheme. The design fully considers the convenience of processing and assembly, ensuring that the size, length, width and height of the equipment do not exceed 1500mm 1000mm 1500mm respectively, to adapt to the home use scenario. During the design process, the design calculation is checked in detail, and the corresponding assembly map and important parts map are drawn for subsequent processing and manufacturing. In addition, a relevant English literature was translated to deepen the understanding of tea shating screen technology. Finally, this paper completed an opening report and the calculation manual of the graduation design, which provided the theoretical basis and technical support for the practical application of small tea vibrating screen.
