取付支架急进模设计
摘 要
本文聚焦于取付支架急进模的设计过程,全面探讨了相关冲压模具行业的背景知识。首先,回顾了冲压模具行业的发展历程,展望了其未来趋势,并强调了冲压模具在现代工业中的重要地位。随后,在冲压模具方案选择章节中,对取付支架的结构件进行了工艺分析和结构特点的探讨,并据此合理选择了适合的冲压模具类型。在落料模具设计章节中,详细介绍了排样设计、冲压总工艺力的计算、压力机型号的选定等关键步骤,并深入探讨了模具成形零件如凸模和凹模的设计、模架设计以及其他模具零件的设计。最后,通过总结整个设计过程,本文为取付支架急进模的实际生产提供了理论依据和设计指导。

Abstract
This paper focuses on the design process of the payment bracket, and comprehensively discusses the background knowledge of the stamping die industry. First, we reviews the development process of stamping die industry, looks forward its future trend, and emphasizes the important position of stamping die in modern industry. Then, in the section of stamping die scheme selection, the process analysis and the structural characteristics of the structural parts of the payment bracket are discussed, and the appropriate stamping die type is reasonably selected accordingly. In the section of drop material die design, the key steps such as sample design, calculation of stamping total process force, selection of press model are introduced in detail, and the design of mold forming parts such as convex and concave mold, formwork design and other mold parts are discussed in depth. Finally, by summarizing the whole design process, this paper provides theoretical basis and design guidance for the actual production of the stents.
