摘 要
本论文选题源于工程实践中对注塑模具设计的实际需求,特别是针对注射器推杆这类精密零件的模具设计。注塑模具作为塑料产品成型的关键工具,其设计的合理性和精度直接影响到产品的质量和生产效率。因此,本研究旨在通过CAD二维绘制和Pro/E三维建模技术,对注射器推杆注塑模具进行优化设计,以提高模具的制造精度和使用性能。
本文主要研究了注射器推杆注塑模具的设计过程,并利用CAD和Pro/E软件分别完成了模具的二维和三维绘制。首先,通过深入分析注射器推杆的结构特点和使用需求,确定了模具设计的总体方案。随后,利用CAD软件进行了模具的二维绘制,详细展示了模具的各个组成部分及其尺寸关系。在此基础上,利用Pro/E软件进行了模具的三维建模,通过三维模型,可以更加直观地观察和理解模具的结构和工作原理。此外,还对模具的注塑工艺进行了优化,以提高产品的质量和生产效率。本研究不仅为注射器推杆注塑模具的设计提供了有效的方法和工具,也为类似注塑产品的模具设计提供了参考和借鉴。

ABSTRACT
The topic selection of this paper stems from the actual demand of injection mold design in engineering practice, especially for the mold design of precision parts such as syringe push rod. As the key tool of plastic product molding, the design rationality and accuracy of injection mold can directly affect the quality and production efficiency of products. Therefore, this study aims to optimize the syringe push rod injection mold through CAD 2 D drawing and Pro / E 3 D modeling techniques to improve the manufacturing accuracy and performance of the mold.
This paper mainly studied the design process of syringe pushrod injection mold and completed 2 D and 3 D drawing of the mold using CAD and Pro / E software. First, the overall scheme of mold design was determined by deeply analyzing the structural characteristics and usage requirements of the syringe pushrod. Subsequently, the 2 D drawing of the mold was performed using CAD software, and the various components of the mold and their size relationships were displayed in detail. On this basis, Pro / E software. Through the 3 D model, we can observe and understand the mold structure and working principle more intuitively. In addition, the injection molding process of the mold was also optimized to improve the product quality and production efficiency. This study not only provides effective methods and tools for the design of syringe pushrod injection mold, but also provides reference and reference for mold design of similar injection molding products.
