摘要:该工程为矩形建筑,东西长43.2m,南北长14.4m,总建筑面积约3400,建筑高度18m,5层高,层高3.6m,该办公楼满足办公、会议、休闲等要求。
结构设计密切联系建筑设计,一现行的有关规范为依据,主要包括结构选型及结构布置、确定计算简图及计算单元、荷载计算、侧移控制、内力组合、构件设计、楼梯设计、基础设计等内容 。本工程采用钢筋混凝土框架结构体系(双向承重),选择了有代表性的一榀框架进行计算。对于竖向荷载作用采用弯矩二次分配法计算,水平荷载作用采用D值法计算。由于本工程位于6度抗震设防区,此外还进行了框架外的楼梯和基础的设计:楼梯采用的是板式楼梯,计算了梯段板、平台梁、平台板;基础采用了独立基础与联合基础,分别进行了结构计算。

Abstrct:The project is a rectangular building, something long 43.2m, north-south length 14.4m, with a total construction area of about 3400m², building height 18m, 5-storey, story 3.6m, the building meet the office, meeting, leisure and other requirements.
Structural design is closely contacted with architecture, based on existing rel- evant specifications, includes selection and structural layout of the structure to determine the calculated diagram and the calculation unit, load calculation, lateral control, internal force composition, component design, stair design, foundation design and so on. The project takes reinforced concrete frame structure (Two-way bearing system), choose a representative unit to calculate the framework. Using Moment Distribution Method for the vertical load calculation and D-value method for horizontal loads. During the process of Design and calculation took into account the whole technical and economic indicators and construction requirements of indus- trialization, as the project is located at 6 degree earthquake zone,belong to building B,so the calculation does not take into account the seismic requirements.But must meet the construction requirements specification Also conducted the staircase outside the framework and foundation design: use the plate stairs, calculate the bench plate, the platform beam, the platform board;Independent foundation with a foundation and a joint basis, were carried out structura lcalculations.
