摘 要
钒是一种重要的战略资源,我国是钒资源大国,钒矿资源丰富。目前,我国钒矿资源主要有石煤钒矿、钒钛磁铁矿、粘土钒矿,其中石煤、粘土钒矿是我国特有的优势钒矿资源,约占国内总钒量的87%。石煤钒矿是除钒钛磁铁矿以外最重要的一类钒矿资源,可作为提钒的重要原料。随着中国经济的迅猛发展,钒的需求量也在逐年增加,使得我国加快了对石煤型钒矿的开发与利用,石煤提钒生产在我国钒行业中所占的比例也在不断增加。本论文针对湖北某石煤矿进行年产1000吨五氧化二钒工艺的初步设计。
具体内容包括:
(1)文献查阅,了解钒矿资源特点与利用现状,了解石煤提钒全流程方法及工艺设计,查阅所需设备的性能特点,完成开题报告。
(2)完成提钒全流程的工程设计图,进行工艺流程及主要设备和计算与选型。其中,重点对石煤提钒焙烧及浸出设备进行设计,包括流化床焙烧炉及机械搅拌浸出槽,优化焙烧及搅拌反应容器的结构以提高钒的浸出率。
(3)设计石煤提钒的中试车间分布图,及主要工艺设备的布置图。

Abstract
Vanadium is an important strategic resources, our country is big country, vanadium resources rich vanadium ore resources. At present, the vanadium ore resources mainly include stone coal vanadium ore, vanadium ore, vanadium titanium magnetite, clay stone coal, clay vanadium ore is unique vanadium ore resources in China, accounts for about 87% of the total amount of vanadium in China. Stone coal vanadium ore is besides vanadium titanium magnetite is the most important kind of vanadium ore resources, can be used as important raw material of v. With the rapid development of China's economy, the demand of vanadium are increasing year by year, make our country to speed up the type of stone coal vanadium ore exploitation and utilization, v v production of vanadium industry in our country and the proportion of is also increasing. In this paper some stone coal mine in hubei yearly produces 1000 tons of vanadium pentoxide process of preliminary design.
The concrete content includes:
(1) literature review, understand the characteristics of the vanadium ore resources and utilization status, understand the whole process method and v extraction from coal stone isreviewed design, review of the performance characteristics of the required equipment, complete the opening report.
(2) to complete the whole process of v extraction from engineering design, process flow and main equipment and calculation and selection. Among them, the key of stone coal vanadium roasting and leaching equipment design, including the fluidized bed roaster and mechanical agitation leaching tank, the optimized roasting and stirring reaction vessel structure in order to improve the leaching rate of vanadium.
(3) the design of v extraction from coal stone isreviewed pilot workshop distribution, and main process equipment layout.
