随着计算机及网络技术的不断发展,现代新闻技术应用的普及，新闻行业也发生了巨大的变化。传统的新闻媒体面临着数字化、移动化和社交化的挑战。越来越多的用户通过互联网获取新闻信息，传统的报纸、电视等媒体也在逐渐向互联网媒体转型。因此，建立一个新闻类的网站，以适应时代的发展和用户的需求，具有重要的意义。

在过去的几年中，新闻类网站的研究已经取得了一定的成果。其中，最重要的一个方面是新闻类网站的信息传播和用户参与。研究者们通过实证研究发现，新闻类网站的信息传播能力与网站的互动性和用户参与度有关。此外，研究者们还探讨了新闻类网站的用户体验、信息质量、内容设计等方面。然而，目前的研究还存在一些问题，例如缺乏跨学科的研究、缺乏对新闻类网站的社会责任和影响的研究等。

通过使用JavaScript和node.js开发语言编写相关程序代码，开发出一个基于Vue+Express的在线考试系统，系统集成了注册登录、新闻标题管理、新闻内容管理、个人中心、管理员权限等功能，发布与阅读新闻流程完善。实现一整套完整体系的新闻阅读系统。

Design and Implementation of a Global News Website Based on Vue Framework + Node.js

With the continuous development of computer and network technology and the popularization of modern news technology applications, the news industry has undergone significant changes. Traditional news media are facing challenges from digitization, mobilization, and socialization. More and more users get news information through the Internet, and traditional newspapers, TV and other media are gradually transforming into Internet media. Therefore, it is of great significance to establish a news website to adapt to the development of the times and the needs of users.

In the past few years, research on news websites has achieved certain results. One of the most important aspects is the information dissemination and user participation of news websites. Through empirical research, researchers have found that the information dissemination ability of news websites is related to the interactivity and user participation of the website. In addition, researchers have also explored the user experience, information quality, content design, and other aspects of news websites. However, there are still some problems in current research, such as the lack of interdisciplinary research and the lack of research on the social responsibility and influence of news websites.

By using JavaScript and node.js development languages to write relevant program code, an online examination system based on Vue + Express was developed. The system integrates functions such as registration and login, news title management, news content management, personal center, administrator permissions, and improves the process of publishing and reading news. A complete news reading system with a complete system is implemented.
