ABSTRACT
This topic mainly comes from the observation and analysis of the current automation level of the domestic beverage bottle production industry. With the continuous progress of science and technology and the increasingly fierce market competition, the traditional beverage bottle production mode has been unable to meet the needs of efficient and high-quality production. Therefore, the introduction of advanced automatic control system has become the key to enhance the competitiveness of the domestic beverage bottle production line. In addition, PLC (programmable logic controller), as one of the core technologies in the field of industrial automation, has been widely used in various fields. The PLC-based control system has the advantages of high stability, good flexibility and easy maintenance, which is suitable for the control of automatic blowing unit. This topic aims to design a set of domestic PLC based on the current market demand and technology development trend, so as to improve production efficiency and product quality, and promote the automatic upgrading of domestic beverage bottle production industry. The topic selection has a clear practical application background and a broad market prospect, which is of great significance to improve the level of domestic industrial automation.
This paper introduces the design of a control system based on Mitsubishi FX 2 N-32MR PLC. The system covers both the hardware and software aspects. In the hardware design, the external circuit design and installation process of Mitsubishi FX 2 N-32MR PLC are elaborated in detail to ensure the stability and reliability of the hardware components. In the software section, the design process and debugging method of the automatic blowing control process of the beverage bottle are discussed. This design aims to improve the automation level and production efficiency of the domestic beverage bottle production line, and also provides a reference for the design of a similar control system.
