摘 要
随着康复医学的不断发展,下肢康复设备的设计与优化成为重要研究领域。本文基于ANSYS软件,对下肢康复设备的结构设计、材料选型、仿真计算等方面进行全面研究,旨在实现设备对患者安全、易用、有效的目标。
本文旨在基于ANSYS软件对下肢康复设备进行全面的结构设计、材料选型、仿真计算以及优化。首先,根据设备的功能需求,选择了合适的材料。其次,利用ANSYS对设备的强度和刚度进行了仿真分析,确保在不同情况下设备的性能稳定。此外,本文还重点探讨了设备的移动机构设计和轮子选型,以确保设备的移动性能。同时,设备的安全保护机构也经过精心设计并进行了强度、刚度仿真。在零件装配和联接方面,本文强调了高精度和可靠性。最后,设备的外观颜色选择和易用性检查都充分考虑了患者的使用体验。通过SolidWorks进行结构建模,并结合中国标准信息网的标准和零部件选型,使设备在设计阶段就达到了高标准。

Abstract
With the continuous development of rehabilitation medicine, the design and optimization of lower limb rehabilitation equipment has become an important research field. Based on ANSYS software, this paper conducts a comprehensive study on the structural design, material selection, simulation and calculation of lower limb rehabilitation equipment, aiming to achieve the safe, easy to use and effective goal for patients.
This paper aims to conduct a comprehensive structural design, material selection, simulation calculation and optimization of lower limb rehabilitation equipment based on ANSYS software. First, according to the functional requirements of the equipment. Secondly, ANSYS was used to simulate the equipment strength and stiffness to ensure the stable performance of the equipment in different situations. In addition, this paper focuses on the mobile mechanism design and wheel selection to ensure the mobile performance of the device. At the same time, the safety protection mechanism of the equipment has been carefully designed and the strength and stiffness simulation. In part assembly and connection, this paper emphasizes high precision and reliability. Finally, the appearance color selection of the device and the accessibility of the device fully consider the patient experience. Through SolidWorks for structural modeling, combined with the standards of China Standard Information Network and component selection, the equipment has reached the high standard in the design stage.
