该双剪切式固体废物破碎机的结构设计选题来源于实际生产和环境保护的需求。随着城市化和工业化的快速发展,固体废物的产生量不断增加,如何高效、环保地处理这些废物成为一个重要的问题。双剪切式固体废物破碎机作为一种有效的破碎设备,具有广泛的应用前景。通过对固体废物的物理性质和组成成分进行分析,可以更好地了解其破碎需求,进而设计出更符合实际需求的破碎机结构。此外,本研究还考虑到刀齿失效等实际问题,旨在提高破碎机的稳定性和效率。因此,该选题来源实际,具有重要的实际意义和应用价值。
本文旨在设计一种双剪切式固体废物破碎机,以满足固体废物的破碎需求。首先,通过分析固体废物的物理性质和组成成分,确定其破碎需求。然后,基于这些需求,进行相应的结构设计。在结构设计过程中,特别考虑了刀具机构的优化,以解决双轴剪切式破碎机在破碎工作过程中可能出现的刀齿失效等问题。同时,针对固体废物的外形尺寸大小及硬度强度等特性,进行针对性的设计,以保证破碎工作的顺利进行。本研究不仅为固体废物的破碎处理提供了有效的设备,同时也为类似机械设计提供了有益的参考。

ABSTRACT
The structural design topic of the double-shear solid waste crusher comes from the needs of actual production and environmental protection. With the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization, the amount of solid waste is increasing, and how to treat these wastes efficiently and environmentally has become an important issue. As an effective crushing equipment, double-shear solid waste crusher has a wide application prospect. By analyzing the physical properties and components of solid waste, the crushing requirements can be better understood, and then design the crusher structure that is more suitable for the actual needs. Moreover, this study aims to improve the stability and efficiency of the crusher. Therefore, the actual source of the topic has important practical significance and application value.
This paper aims to design a double-shear solid waste crusher to meet the crushing requirements of solid waste. First, the crushing requirements of solid waste are determined by analyzing its physical properties and composition. Then, based on these requirements, the corresponding structural design is performed. In the structural design process, the optimization of the tool mechanism is specially considered to solve the problems of the possible tool tooth failure during the crushing process of the biaxial shear crusher. At the same time, according to the characteristics of the external size and hardness strength of solid waste, targeted design to ensure the smooth progress of crushing work. This study not only provides effective equipment for the crushing treatment of solid waste, but also provides a useful reference for similar mechanical design.
