随着社会文明的成长与进步,运输作为手段也不断发展,机械式连续输送机获得了广泛的使用。链条输送机既能在高温和低温恶劣环境下工作,也能低速运行。此外在水平内循环与陡坡度的条件下也能够搬运货物,因此得到使用者的认可。而且其装卸不用停车,可以高速度进行运输,有很高的生产率。链条输送机供料均匀与运行速度稳定,工作过程中消耗的功率很小,寿命长。
本文介绍了一种链条输送机的结构设计,包括整体构造和工作原理、链轮、驱动链轮轴、带轮的设计,以及电动机和滚动轴承的选择。同时,本文还提供了链条输送机的结构装配图和各个组成部件的零件图,并附有设计说明书,详细分析了零件图、确定了设计方案和进行了计算等内容。这种输送机具有高效、稳定和可靠等优点,适用于各种工业生产线上。

Abstract
With the growth and progress of social civilization, transportation as a means is also developing, and mechanical continuous conveyor has been widely used. The chain conveyor can operate in both high and low temperatures and can operate at low speeds. In addition, goods can also be carried under the condition of horizontal circulation and steep slope, so it is recognized by the user. And its loading and unloading need not stop, can be transported at high speed, with high productivity. The chain conveyor material supply is uniform and stable running speed, the power consumed in the working process is very small, long life.
This paper introduces the structural design of a chain conveyor, including the overall construction and working principle, the design of the sprocket, drive sprocket shaft, belt wheel, and the selection of motor and rolling bearings. At the same time, this paper also provides the structure assembly diagram of the chain conveyor and the part diagram of each component, and with the design manual, detailed analysis of the part diagram, determine the design scheme and calculation. This conveyor has the advantages of high efficiency, stability and reliability, and is suitable for various industrial production lines.
