摘要:
本研究探讨了利用PLC200程序和力控7.1仿真实现立体仓库的设计。实验中,按下启动按钮后,叉车随机从某一空料位取出料盘并放置在装料位,经过一定时间的延时后,叉车再将料盘放回原仓料位,最后叉车返回原位,为下一次操作做准备。通过实验室现有设备进行系统模拟实验,验证了该设计的可行性和有效性。实验结果表明,该设计能够实现自动化、高效的仓库管理,提高仓储效率,降低人工成本。

Abstract: This study explored the design of stereo warehouse using PLC200 program and force control 7.1 simulation. In the experiment, after pressing the start button, the forklift randomly removed the material plate from an empty material position and placed it in the loading position. After a certain time delay, the forklift put the material plate back to the original bunker, and finally the forklift returned to the original position to prepare for the next operation. The feasibility and effectiveness of the design are verified by conducting system simulation experiments with existing equipment in the laboratory. The experimental results show that the design can realize automatic and efficient warehouse management, improve storage efficiency and reduce labor cost.
