摘 要
跟着社会文明的成长与进步,运输作为手段也不断发展,机械式连续输送机获得了广泛的使用。链条输送机以其能在高温和低温恶劣环境下工作,也能低速运行,此外在水平内循环与陡坡度的条件下搬运货物的优点,得到使用者的认可。而且其装卸不用停车,可以高速度进行运输,有很高的生产率,因为链条输送机供料均匀与运行速度稳定,工作过程中消耗的功率很小,寿命长。
链条输送机的设计主要包括确定底板宽度、确定裙板高度、载荷的计算及校核、选择输送链、链轮的设计、驱动链轮轴的设计、轴的疲劳强度校核、选配电动机、选择滚动轴承、选择联轴器等。

Abstract
Along with the social civilization development and the progress, transport as the method also unceasingly develops, in all transport vehicle, mechanical type continual conveyer to widespread use. The chain link conveyer by its can works under the high temperature and the low temperature environment, also can the low speed movement, as well as transports the cargo in the horizontal internal recycling and under the steep gradient condition the merit obtains user's favor. Moreover its loading and unloading does not need to stop, may the high velocity carry on the transportation, has the very high productivity, because chain link conveyer for material evenly with running rate stable, in the work process consumes power small, the life is long.
The design of chain conveyor including the width of the main floor, a high degree of calculation, the load calculation and verification, the choice of chain link, the design of sprocket,the design of chain drive shaft, check the shaft fatigue, Motor-matching, and the choice of rolling bearings, the choice of coupling.
Through the above listed in the calculation and verification ,achieving my purpose. So that the function of the chain conveyor reasonable, simple and practical, reliable, and so on.
