摘 要
自动喂料机装置是一种用于自动化分配饲料喂养畜禽的机械设备。它的出现是为了提高养殖业的生产效率和动物福利。该装置适用于不同年龄和体型的畜禽,可根据需求调节喂料量和喂食角度。机械设计是该装置的主要实现方法,它结合了实际养殖需求,实现了自动喂料的精准控制和高效投放。该装置有助于降低人工成本,提高饲料利用率,减少浪费和污染,为现代畜牧业的发展提供新思路和新方法。

本文对养殖场自动喂料装置设计进行设计,主要完成机械结构部分设计,最后还对小车的控制系统进行了PLC控制设计。

Abstract
Livestock and poultry automatic feeding machine device is a kind of mechanical equipment used for the automatic distribution of feed to feed livestock and poultry. It appeared to improve the production efficiency and animal welfare of the breeding industry. The device is suitable for livestock and poultry of different ages and body sizes, and can adjust the feeding amount and feeding Angle according to the needs. Mechanical design is the main realization method of the device, which combines the actual breeding needs to realize the accurate control and efficient delivery of automatic feeding.
The device helps to reduce labor costs, improve feed utilization, reduce waste and pollution, and provide new ideas and new methods for the development of modern animal husbandry. In this study, an automatic livestock feeder device was designed to improve the production efficiency and animal welfare of the breeding industry. The device is suitable for livestock and poultry of different ages and body sizes, and can adjust the feeding amount and feeding Angle according to the needs. The research adopts the mechanical design method, combined with the actual breeding needs, to realize the accurate control and efficient delivery of automatic feeding.

This paper designs the automatic feeding device for the mechanical structure, and finally performs the PLC control design for the control system of the car.
