摘        要

科研项目的优化管理为高校和企业的一个巨大的挑战，因此为了减少科研项目管理人员的负担，提高科研项目的管理水平，让科研项目在管理的过程更加透明、公开、流畅，务必进行科研项目管理的相关系统开发。

本文开发一个更加适合科研人员和管理员之间项目管理的平台，该本次项目是一个基于Java Web的科研项目管理平台，利用MVC框架把项目分为视图、控制、业务逻辑、数据访问四个层进行开发，后台数据库采用MySQL。该平台设计围绕科研项目申报与管理两条主线，将科研项目管理中的项目信息公告与管理、申请与审批等几个科研主要业务进行整合，具有操作简易、易于上手、分工明显等优点。

Abstract

Technology rapid development at the present stage, the state's research also gradually prosperous career, optimize the management of scientific research project will undoubtedly become a big challenge to the colleges and universities and enterprises, so in order to reduce the burden of the scientific research project management personnel, improve the management level of scientific research project, make scientific research project in the management of the process more transparent and open, fluent, be sure to scientific research project management system development.

Based on the above situation, to develop a more suitable for researchers and administrators between project management platform, the research of this project is a Java Web based project management platform, based on B/S structure, using the MVC framework divides into the project view, control, business logic, data access layer for four development, background database using MySQL. This platform is designed around the two main lines of scientific research project declaration and management, and integrates the project information announcement and management, application and approval and other major scientific research business in the management of scientific research project, with the advantages of simple operation, easy to get started and obvious division of labor.
