摘        要

随着高校扩招的加速推进，教学管理工作变得更加繁忙复杂。在人手不足的情况下，教务员和辅导员通常需要依赖勤工俭学的学生来协助完成各种任务。目前勤工俭学岗位的排班工作主要通过人工完成，这种方式耗时费力，且容易出现排班冲突等问题，所以为管理者提供合理的排班管理软件变得越来越必要。本论文旨在开发一个校园勤工俭学智能排班管理系统，采用Vue.js和基于Node.js的Express框架进行前后端项目搭建，使用MySQL作为数据库管理。通过使用该系统，排班管理员能够更好地了解学生的空闲情况和排班情况，进而更好地安排排班工作，提高排班的效率和准确性，值班学生可以登录系统查看值班表，并使用调班请假申请功能等。大大提高相关工作人员的工作效率，最优地实现人力资源的配置。

Abstract

With the accelerated increase in the number of students in universities, the work of teaching management has become increasingly busy and complex. In situations where there are not enough staff available, academic affairs officers and student advisors usually resort to student workers to assist them with various tasks. Currently, work-study scheduling is mainly done manually, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive and can lead to scheduling conflicts and other problems. Therefore, it is becoming increasingly necessary to provide reasonable scheduling software for managers. This paper aims to develop a campus work-study intelligent scheduling management system, using Vue.js and the Node.js-based Express framework for front-end and back-end project construction, and using MySQL as the database management system. By using this system, scheduling administrators can better understand students' availability and scheduling situations, and thus better arrange scheduling work, improve scheduling efficiency and accuracy. Work-study students can log in to the system to view the duty roster and use functions such as shift change requests and leave applications, greatly improving the efficiency of relevant staff and optimally allocating human resources.
