摘要
本论文设计了一种电动式甘蔗分段打包机一体化结构,旨在提高甘蔗处理的效率和自动化程度。研究内容包括甘蔗分段切割机构、打包机构、一体化结构设计和控制系统设计。通过实验验证了设计方案的有效性和可行性,并进行了优化和改进。本论文的研究成果将为甘蔗收获和加工的自动化提供一种新的解决方案,降低成本,提高生产效益,促进相关产业的发展,并为机械设计和自动化控制技术的发展提供新的思路和方法。
电动式甘蔗分段打包机通过人工将甘蔗放入电动式甘蔗分段打包机中,由自动送料滚轮对甘蔗进行自动送料,当甘蔗进入到了剥皮轮的位置后,由于剥皮轮是通过电机带动V带传动使剥皮轮旋转从而来实现对甘蔗的自动剥皮,然后随着送进滚筒的继续动作,剥好皮的甘蔗进入到切断工序的位置,由气缸驱动切断刀具对甘蔗进行自动切断,切断好的甘蔗自动落入到了该电动式甘蔗分段打包机内部的箱体里面,从而完成对甘蔗的自动剥皮和切断。

Abstract
In this paper, an integrated structure is designed to improve the efficiency and automation of sugarcane processing. The research contents include sugarcane segmented cutting mechanism, packing mechanism, integrated structure design and control system design. The effectiveness and feasibility of the design scheme were verified, optimized and improved. The research results of this paper will provide a new solution for the automation of sugarcane harvesting and processing, reduce costs, improve production efficiency, promote the development of related industries, and provide new ideas and methods for the development of mechanical design and automation control technology.
