Tongs for 5WB Left Crankshaft Box
Abstract
This thesis physically needed to complete the design of machine center manufacture process technology and pneumatic fixture for 5WB left crankshaft box. That thesis describes the mechanical manufacturing industry in recent years, the development trend of the application processing center and pneumatic technology applications. Through the analysis of structural of the 5WB left crankshaft box, it is conformed the technology process and arrange for process of the box. It mainly includes: produce outline and produce type to be conformed, choose material, the manufacturing method of the semi-finished product of material, the amount of remaining of machine process to be conformed, the cutting dosage of each process to be conformed, calculated the working procedure time and draw up the working procedure. Lastly, chose and designed two sets of pneumatic fixture, designed the pneumatic fixture of Large milling, boring positioning pin hole and designed the pneumatic fixture of combines aerodynamic surface. It mainly includes among them: the position project and the pressure designed, two sets of work principles of tongs and what we must be notice in the process of the piston design. Though the analysis and argument the arts and crafts design and the tongs design of the 5WB left crankshaft box is feasible.
