流浪动物救助系统设计与实现
摘 要
随着宠物饲养数量不断增加,社会流浪动物的数量也在逐年增长。目前,我国流浪动物的数量十分的庞大且分布范围十分广泛,各大高校、公园、居民住宅区,随处可见流浪动物的身影。根据世界卫生组织的统计数据,全球约有2亿只流浪狗,而中国占据其中的五分之一,也就是4000万只。
为解决流浪动物泛滥问题,各省市相继出现了许多公有或私有的救助站,但是因为区域限制、资金短缺、知名度小登问题,流浪动物救助、领养等爱心行为进展十分缓慢。流浪动物救助系统旨在利用网络的高效率、低成本和及时更新等特点,为爱心人士提供一个交易平台,同时也为流浪动物们提供一次新生的机会。
该流浪动物救助系统是基于Java语言开发,系统分为普通游客端、注册用户端和管理员端。在该平台上,普通游客端可以浏览别人发布的救助、寻宠、领养等信息, 及时的参与到救助中去。而注册用户端不仅可以浏览各类信息,同时也可以登记自己发现的流浪动物的信息,或者是寻找丢失的宠物和为爱宠寻找新的主人等操作。而管理员端,可以发布公告,对注册用户及被救助动物进行管理、登记、审核相关信息以及查询统计等功能。该平台是一个功能较完善、操作简单的平台。

Design and implementation of the rescue system for stray animals
Abstract
With the increasing number of pets, the number of stray animals is also increasing year by year. At present, the number of stray animals in China is very large and the distribution range is very wide, everywhere in universities, parks, residential areas. According to the World Health Organization, there are about 200 million stray dogs worldwide, and China occupies a fifth of them, or 40 million.
In order to solve the problem of the flood of stray animals, many public or private relief stations have appeared in various provinces and cities. However, due to regional restrictions, shortage of funds and small popularity, the love behaviors such as rescue and adoption of stray animals are very slow. The stray animal rescue system aims to provide a trading platform for the caring people of the Internet, but also to provide a new opportunity for stray animals.
The stray animal rescue system is based on Java language development, the system is divided into ordinary visitors, registered user end and administrator end. On the platform, ordinary tourists can browse the rescue, pet seeking, adoption and other information posted by others, and participate in the rescue in time. The registered user can not only browse all kinds of information, but also register the information of stray animals they find, or look for lost pets and find new owners for their pets. On the administrator side, it can issue announcements to manage, register, audit relevant information, query and query statistics for registered users and rescued animals. The platform is a platform with more perfect functions and simple operation.
