设计总说明
就目前而言,国内对于甘蔗种植机构方面的研发还处于不成熟阶段,结构设计仍然存在许多的不足之处,因此也就有了甘蔗排种机设计这个毕业设计课题。本课题研究的内容主要是排种机自动排种装置和自动监测标记装置的设计及其原理,以及和拖拉机的连接方式。这种甘蔗排种机可以一次性完成两行作业,同时进行开沟,覆薄土,排甘蔗种,覆盖甘蔗种,镇压,平土,拉地膜,覆土,盖地膜,达到一体化完成整体种植甘蔗过程。
通过PROE设计软件实现了完全可视的三维设计、二维图的生成等,清楚地表达了整体以及各部分零件的设计。参数化设计、尺寸驱动法,使设计人员不必过多地局限于考虑设计细节,而能够快速地绘制三维零件图。然后,通过对原型的不断定义和调整,逐步细化,达到最佳设计效果。

introduction
For now, the domestic for sugarcane planting agencies in terms of research and development is still in the immature stage, structure design, there are still many deficiencies, thus had cane kind of machine design and the graduation design topic. The content of this research is mainly metering machine automatic metering device and automatic monitoring device design and its principle, and the connecting way of the tractor. The sugarcane row of kind of machine can be done once two lines of work, at the same time open ditch, thin soil, row of sugarcane species, covering the sugar cane, repression, grading, tensile membrane, turns the soil, cover with plastic film, to achieve the integration of complete the whole process of planting sugarcane.
Completely by PROE design software and visualization of three-dimensional design, such as the generation of 2 d figure, clearly express the whole and the parts of the design. Parametric design, dimension driven method, make the designers don't have to be limited to consider too much design details, and can quickly draw 3 d part drawing. Then, based on the prototype of the definition and adjust constantly, gradually thinning, achieve the best design results.
