小型鲜食玉米剥皮机设计

摘要：小型鲜食玉米剥皮机作为农业机械的一种，在当今社会得到越来越普遍的应用，在玉米分段收割过程中，由于人工脱皮过程不仅劳动强度大，而且会耽误农时，而且会影响到玉米的品质和产量。小型鲜食玉米剥皮机是我设计的主要内容，该产品采用双辊式，结构简单，调节灵活，使用电机作动力。为了达到设计的目的，脱皮机上的脱皮辊是由螺旋铁辊与橡胶辊组成的玉米剥皮辊组成，两个辊子高度设置，两个辊子之间的间距可以根据玉米棒径的不同而调整。在脱皮辊上部安装3个压力轮，不仅增大了脱皮辊与脱皮辊的摩擦，还有助于降低果穗的滑落，因此可以提高脱皮机的产量和脱除率，并能更好的沿着脱皮辊的工作表面分布，使得玉米按照剥皮作业的次序进行运动。本机满足了设计的需要，脱皮机构比常规的传动机构有了改进，适用于广大农村地区。

Abstract:As a kind of agricultural machinery, small fresh corn peeling machines are more and more widely used in today's society. In the process of corn segment harvesting, the manual peeling process is not only labor-intensive, but also delays farming time and affects Corn quality and yield. Small fresh corn peeling machine is the main content of my design. The product adopts double roller type, simple structure, flexible adjustment, and uses motor as power. In order to achieve the purpose of design, the peeling roller on the peeling machine is composed of a corn peeling roller composed of a spiral iron roller and a rubber roller. The height of the two rollers is set, and the distance between the two rollers can be adjusted according to the diameter of the corn cobs. Three pressure wheels are installed on the upper part of the peeling roller, which not only increases the friction between the peeling roller and the peeling roller, but also helps to reduce the sliding of the ear, so it can improve the output and removal rate of the peeling machine, and can better follow the The working surface of the peeling rollers is distributed so that the corn moves in the order of the peeling operations. This machine meets the needs of the design, and the peeling mechanism is improved compared with the conventional transmission mechanism, which is suitable for the vast rural areas.
