摘要
随着科技发展,自动售货机越来越成为人们生活中不可缺少的一部分。自动售货机售货机能对投入的货币币值的进行识别,完成无人自动售货功能。自动售货机不受任何场地限制,方便快捷,具有高时效性,高智能化等特点,可广泛应用于地铁、机场、商场、公园等人流密集的场合。
本次的设计中采用的是三菱FX2N-32MR-001型号的PLC作为主控单元来进行控制操作。在出货装置的选择上,采用的是直流电机带动着弹簧,推动饮料的出货方式。其余机械部分包括箱体,取物箱等。在控制上,除了主控单元选用PLC外,还需要使用到继电器。最后编写出程序完成对整个售货机系统的控制,包括对出货电机驱动的控制、对指示灯亮的控制以及完成投币退币的控制。编写完成程序后使用仿真软件进行仿真调试。

Abstract
With the development of technology, vending machines are increasingly becoming an essential part of people's lives. Vending machines identify currency of the sales function for input and finished unmanned automatic vending features. Vending machines are not subject to any space restrictions,and it is fast and convenient, with high efficiency, high intelligent characteristics.
This design is used in Mitsubishi FX2N-32MR-001 model PLC operate as a main control unit for control. On the choice of delivery device, uses a DC motor drive spring to promote beverage delivery. The remaining mechanical parts including the Cabinet and the takingbox. In the part of control, in addition to outside the main control unit using PLC, also need to relay. Finally write programs to complete the entire vending machine control system, including shipments of motor-driven control, light control and complete coin control. Simulation software for simulation debugging is written upon completion of the program.
