摘 要
本工程为某高校学生宿舍楼建筑结构设计,主体为5层钢筋混凝土框架结构,层高3.3米,建筑物总高度为21.3米,总建筑面积要求达到4723.2平方米,每间4至6人要求设计,有独立的卫生间和阳台,采用框架结构,建筑层数为5层,无地下室。
首先进行的是结构选型,根据各结构体系的优缺点,及本工程的实际情况,在符合经济的条件下,采用钢筋混凝土框架结构体系。其次进行结构平面布置,根据荷载情况,在满足结构受力合理,荷载传递简捷、梁宜拉通,避免凌乱,及满足建筑要求和方便施工等原则下,进行纵、横向梁布置,并根据规范和经验公式,进行主次梁截面初步估算。手算第四轴框架上的荷载,用PK计算其内力并配筋。在设计过程中,广泛采用天正、Auto CAD绘图软件来辅助绘图。
并从设计方面加以分析,对包括总体要求以及规模、功能、立面、平面布置、周围配套设施等的具体要求;及达到这些要求的方法和学生宿舍宿舍的组成及其设计要求;以及防火防灾的设计要求进行熟悉。框结构与砌体结构结构的优劣进行分析;以及适合现代大学生宿舍的功能房间的布局进行分析。

Abstract
This project is the building structure design of a college student dormitory building, the main body is 5-storey reinforced concrete frame structure, 3.3 meters high, total height of 21.3 meters, total floor area of 4723.2 square meters, 4 to 6 people each, with independent toilet and balcony, frame structure, 5 floors and no basement.
The first is the structure selection, according to the advantages and disadvantages of the structural system, and the actual situation of the project, under the economic conditions, using the reinforced concrete frame structure system.Secondly, the structure layout, according to the load, in the meet the structure of reasonable force, load transfer, beam appropriate pull, avoid messy, and meet the building requirements and convenient construction, longitudinal and horizontal beam layout, and according to the specification and empirical formula, the main and secondary beam section preliminary estimation.The load on the fourth axis frame is calculated, and the internal force was calculated with PK.In the design process, Tianzheng and Auto CAD drawing software are widely used to assist in drawing.
And from the design analysis, including the overall requirements, scale, function, facade, plane layout, surrounding supporting facilities, and the methods to meet these requirements, the composition of the student dormitory and its design requirements; and the design requirements of fire prevention.Analysis the advantages of frame structure and the layout of functional rooms suitable for modern college dormitory.
